How long is each tutoring lesson?

The usual duration of a tutoring session for a specific subject is 1 hour, which is aimed at ensuring optimal focus and preventing fatigue. Nevertheless, if preferred, a 2 hour session can be requested.

Where do the tutoring lessons take place?

Our tutoring sessions are conducted online through Google Meet and Google Classroom, allowing us to connect with students from all over the UK. This also enables us to share our resources seamlessly and offer flexible schedules to accommodate the varying availability of our students.

When are payments due?

To proceed with tuition lessons, payments are required at the start of each month. We will send you reminders few days in advance and on the day payment is required. If you have any questions regarding payments, please feel free to contact us.

How can I find out how my child is doing?​

Every month, our tutors will send out reports to parents, highlighting the areas where their child is excelling and specific areas in which they can improve. The reports will also include specific targets for students to focus on and tips for parents on how to best support their child. These reports will be sent via email at the end of each month.

How can I make payments?

At the beginning of every month, an invoice will be sent to your email address, containing a payment link. You can choose your preferred payment method through the provided link.

How can I access the resources I've purchased?

After you have made the purchase for your preferred resources, you will receive an email with a link to access the digital resource. You can start using it immediately.
